A Little Bit About Ruben

My name is Ruben Beltran. I am a Bi-Lingual Loan officer that has been helping people with one of the most important decisions in their lives since 1997. Working in the mortgage business for my entire professional career, I’ve enjoyed this responsibility and my enthusiasm and hard work will benefit you by helping reduce the anxiety and stress that is often associated with the purchase of real estate. I have always worked on a past client and referral basis helping me focus on you and provide the service that is increasingly lost in the lending world today. I truly believe in the statement that “customer satisfaction is good, but customer loyalty is better”.

In today’s ever changing mortgage market it is important to work with a professional loan officer that can get the job done effectively and efficiently. Due to tightening in compliance and laws related to mortgage lending, most states require licensing for each loan officer. I am personally licensed in Arizona (NMLS #336539). I am fully trained and versed in various lending products and programs including FHA, FHA 203K, VA, Conventional, USDA, and Home Path financing.  I am also knowledgeable with down payment assistance programs to help you achieve your home financing goals. 1st time home buyers, low credit scores, high DTI? No problem I will work as harder as I possibly can to find a possible solution.

Besides being Branch Manager with Pacific Lending, I’m also the Designated Broker for Hill Top Realty. Remember when you purchased or sold a home there’s a bit of a time delay in communication because the lender and the realtor are 2 different people. That issue doesn’t exist when you do business with me.

My past accomplishments include an Honorable Discharge from the Military which I hold very dearly. I feel the Military has shown me the paths on becoming the person that I am today. I set my goals high and work hard to reach them goals. I was a Top Producer for 7 years at Hamilton Mortgage and 3 years at Western Residential Mortgage. During that time I was the Manager for the Spanish speaking department and instilled my work ethic on all my employees.

I have built my business on giving personal service, from the smallest detail, to overcome unexpected challenges. That means constant communication with you throughout your entire loan process.
